No weed spray application

Use this application form if you want to add a property to the no weed spray register in Buller.

Council offers a ‘No Weed Spray’ option to residents within the Buller District on the condition that the residents confirm their agreement to maintain the street/road frontage/roadside channel/footpath adjacent to the property in a tidy condition free of weeds and noxious plants.

Council sets out the requirements for properties included in the ‘No Weed Spray’ register in it’s No Weed Spray Policy. You are required to comply with this policy.

We will process your application within five working days and once the property has been added to the register the changes come into effect immediately.
