General property enquiry

If you are interested in a property in the Buller District you can use our general property enquiry service to get a quick look at the available information.

This service is not a LIM and should not be used for legal purposes but can be a useful place to start if you have a property question and are unsure whether you need to seek further advice from the planning or building teams.

To assist us with your enquiry please include as much information and possible and attach a map if possible.

Once received, your enquiry form will be lodged as a service request and assigned to the appropriate department for action.

Please make sure the attachment is less than 18 MB. If you are attaching a drawing, please supply an accurate plan of the area clearly showing and identifying the location of the property.
