Water shutdown - North Romilly Street: 8 June 2026

Residents are advised that the areas shown on the map below will experience a planned water shutdown between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm on Monday 8 June 2026 while new water mains and property connections are completed along Romilly Street, between Gladstone Street and Bright Street.

During this period, customers will initially experience no water supply, followed by a period of low water pressure while the new connections and fire hydrants are flushed.

Please note that this shutdown is severe weather dependent.

Shutdown details:

Purpose: Connection of new water main and laterals 

Start date: Monday 8 June 2026

Work hours: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm 

Shutdown hours: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
