The community newsletter is printed on a bi-monthly basis and delivered throughout the district. This is a great way to stay up to date with what Council is doing in our community.
There are only four days left to fill in the Buller District Council Customer Satisfaction Survey 2023.
The survey, which has been running throughout this month, closes on Friday. So far, Council has received more than 400 responses, but council would love to hear from more people!
The goal of the survey is to encourage residents to share their views with council on their interactions with staff and services. It’s an important opportunity for people throughout Buller to share their thoughts on how their experiences with council have gone over the past 12 months – what could be done better and what is working well for them.
Buller District Council will decide this week on how to engage with the community on its 2023 – 2024 Draft Annual Plan.
The plan sets out how Council intends to deliver on its commitments made in the 2021-2031 Long Term Plan.
This year, council intends to engage with the public over key areas in the plan, rather than carry out formal consultation. Council will consider ways to give people the opportunity to feedback including an online survey.
