Annual Reports
The annual report is prepared every year to report on how we performed against our targeted budget and work programme for the year.
It includes details of any significant variances in operational and capital expenditure. The Annual Report provides information about Council’s financial performance and position, service performance levels and progress on major projects.

Council controlled organisations (CCOs)
Buller Holdings Limited, along with its subsidiaries, is a Council controlled trading organisation for the purposes of the Local Government Act 2002.

Joint venture
The Westport Airport is a joint venture between the Buller District Council and the Ministry of Transport. The airport is managed and operated by the Buller District Council which oversees the daily operation
