Summer road sealing programme - Westport and surrounds

Residents of the Westport township and surrounding areas are advised that a summer road resealing programme is currently underway.

This work is being carried out by Buller District Council in conjunction with Fulton Hogan. The works are expected to continue through until March, weather permitting.

There will be night works taking place in some areas, particularly around schools and businesses.

Road users should expect time delays of up to 20 minutes in some areas. Traffic management will be in place, and where possible, detours will be available.

If access to properties will be affected, residents will be notified in advance.
