Soldiers-Big River Road Reefton OPEN

The major slip that caused the closure of Soldiers-Big River Road in Reefton in November has been repaired and the road is now open.

Access to the Department of Conservation’s Alborns Walk car park and track and the 4WD track to Big River Hut has been restored.

Council thanks road users for their cooperation while the repairs were carried out.
