Public Notice of Application Class 4 Gambling and TAB Venue Policy - Club Buller

An application has been submitted by Club Buller, 44-46 Queen Street
Westport to the Buller District Council to increase gaming machines in an existing Class 4 gambling venue at the premises known as 

Club Buller
44-46 Queen Street
Westport

The current number of gaming machines on the premises is ten.  
The application requests an additional five gaming machines, bring the total number of fifteen machines to be approved.

The application can be inspected at the offices of the Buller District Council, 4-6 Brougham Street, Westport during the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm, the Sue Thomson Casey Memorial Library or on Council’s website.

Any person may make a submission on this application by delivering a written submission to Council’s Westport or Reefton Office, posting to Buller District Council, PO Box 21, Westport 7866, by emailing licenses@bdc.govt.nz or online via Let's talk Buller. 

Submissions must be received no later than 4:30pm on Monday 14 September 2026.
