Customer Satisfaction Survey closing soon
There are only four days left to fill in the Buller District Council Customer Satisfaction Survey 2023.
The survey, which has been running throughout this month, closes on Friday. So far, Council has received more than 400 responses, but council would love to hear from more people!
The goal of the survey is to encourage residents to share their views with council on their interactions with staff and services. It’s an important opportunity for people throughout Buller to share their thoughts on how their experiences with council have gone over the past 12 months – what could be done better and what is working well for them.
Acting chief executive Rachel Townrow says: "We’re pleased so many people have already made the effort to fill in the form online and in-person and we are encouraging anyone else out there who has been meaning to do it, now is the time! It only takes a few minutes, and it means a lot to our staff. We can only do better or keep up what’s already working well if people share their views.”
How to do the survey
The 2023 survey is live on the council website (bullerdc.govt.nz) from 1 – 31 March 2023.
Survey forms are available to pick up (and drop off) at Council facilities in Westport and Reefton, as well as the Sue Thomson Casey Memorial Library in Westport, NBS Theatre, the DOC visitor centre in Punakaiki, the Karamea Information Centre, and the Northern Buller Resource Centre.
Residents who take part go into the draw for four grocery vouchers valued at $50 each. The vouchers have been donated by Fresh Choice Westport and New World Westport.
