The service centre is your friendly first port of call if you are visiting Reefton, offering information on local attractions. The town’s gold rush in the 1860's helped to establish a rich heritage. You can walk through the Visitor Centre’s Replica Underground Mine, and check out the historical information and displays. There’s also local information on mountain biking, hiking and 4WD tracks.
The service centre is centrally located on Reefton’s main street. The service centre is equipped with disability friendly access and toilet facilities, and you will find plenty of parking opportunities close by. Have a stroll down the main street and explore the historic adventures and beauty that Reefton provides.

The Reefton Visitor and Service Centre is open for visitor enquiries and visitor services Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm as well as Saturday 10am - 2pm.
