Public notice of application for On-licence, off-licence, or club licence (or application for variation of conditions of on-licence, off-licence, or club-licence

 Section 101 Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Hotel Reefton 2012 Limited has made application to the District Licensing Committee at Westport for variation of conditions of (an existing) off-licence in respect of the premises situated at 75 Broadway, Reefton and known as Hotel Reefton.

The variation of conditions relates to condition e) on the current off-licence whereby the applicant wishes to move the point of sale for off-licence from the current over the bar service (designated supervised), to a separate room (currently undesignated and used as a dining room) creating a bottle store and altering the designation to supervised.

The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is Hotel.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are Monday to Sunday 8.00am-11.00pm.

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the offices of the Buller District Licensing Committee at 6-8 Brougham Street, Westport.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the application may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 21, Westport 7866.

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105(1) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Mokihinui-Lyell Backcountry Trust, PO Box 517, Westport has made application to the District Licensing Committee at Westport for renewal of On-Licence in respect of the premises situated at 589 Mokihinui Road, Seddonville and known as Rough and Tumble Bush Lodge.

The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is Guest Lodge and Cafe.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are Monday to Sunday 10.00am-11.00pm.

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the offices of the Buller District Licensing Committee at 6-8 Brougham Street, Westport.

Aarav Hospitality Limited trading as the Copper Pot, 110 Palmerston Street, Westport has made application to the District Licensing Committee at Westport for renewal of an On-Licence endorsed under section 37 of the Act for BYO in respect of the premises situated at 110 Palmerston Street, Westport  Location address and known as The Copper Pot trading name.

The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is Restauranttype of business.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are Monday to Sunday 10.00am-12.00 midnight.

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the offices of the Buller District Licensing Committee at 6-8 Brougham Street, Westport.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the application may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 21, Westport 7866.
