Consumers on the Westport and Carters Beach Water Supply are advised that as the Westport reservoir has reached the 92% threshold, the ‘Essential Use’ water restriction that had been imposed on the supply is now LIFTED.
However, whilst work on the water tunnel pipeline continues, consumers are requested to continue to conserve the amount of water used. This includes limiting garden irrigation, car washing and other extraordinary water usage.
