IMPORTANT ROAD UPDATE

Karamea Highway CLOSED TODAY
The Karamea Highway will remain closed until further notice due to an unstable slip and the previous heavy rain
This is expected to be an interim measure to ensure the public’s safety
Road closure signs will be established, and all road users are asked to follow directions of Council’s contractors staff on site
The closure will be reviewed at 12pm on Thursday 10 February 2022.
