Water Conservation Notice: Westport and Carters Beach

The Westport water reservoir is currently at 98% capacity, maintaining the same level as last week. However, the intake flow has further reduced to 48 L/s, which is significantly lower than demand.

The weather forecast for the coming week predicts minimal rainfall, which is expected to be insufficient to replenish the intake flow. As a result, the Water Conservation Notice for Westport and Carters Beach remains in place.

Council thanks residents for their continued efforts in reducing water consumption, which has been crucial in maintaining a stable raw water reservoir level.
